Chef's Note
Whenever Thai food is mentioned, those with nut allergies are immediately scared. Typically a peanut sauce would accompany thai grilled pork, but instead, EpiPen (auto-injector for food allergy) suggests using a thick hoisin sauce to add a flavourful punch.
Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 125 ml / ½ cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated lime rind
Method
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
