Raspberry and Noilly Prat Coulis Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz.) raspberries
- 15 g (1 Tbsp.) sugar
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) Noilly Prat or other dry white vermouth
- 2 Tbsp. water
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix.
- Strain through a fine strainer to remove the4 seeds.
