Khmer Sauce Recipe
Chef's Note
Spring rolls are Vietnamese and when Khmers eat them, they accompany them with the following sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. nuoc mam
- 2 1/2 tbsp. water
- 3/4 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- "Garnish"
- fresh garlic
- shredded carrot
Method
- Combine all the ingredients.
