Rib basting sauce - the "True 'Q" sauce of the Southeast Recipe

From sea to shining sea, every region of the U.S. boasts its own distinctive flavor profile. Here are the
"True 'Q" -style ribs from the Southeast.
Ingredients
For 170 ml / 2/3 cup
- 125 ml / 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Baste every 30 minutes while ribs are on the grill.
