Suggestion
A dipping sauce of soy sauce cooked with fresh chilies, sugar, and garlic to serve with Lobster Spring Rolls

 

 

Ingredients
For 750 ml (3 cups)

- 500 ml (2 cups) water
- 500 ml (2 cups) sugar
- 65 ml (1/4 cup) Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp. fresh hot Chili
- or 1/4 Tsp. dry red chili flakes
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
Method
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to the boil stirring occasionally.
  2. Strain and store at room temperature.
