Thai Marinade for White Meat Recipe
Chef's Note
White meats are delicate and require a marinade that is not too strongly flavored. One hour is enough to tenderize and flavor a chicken breast.
Ingredients
Ingredients for 250 ml (1 cup)
- 250 ml (1 cup) oil
- 3 thin slices of ginger
- A pinch of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- A few drops of rice vinegar
Method
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Use as a marinade and for brushing on grilled meat as it cooks.
