Watermelon Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 ml / 1 cup seeded watermelon cut in dices
- 125 ml / 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbsp. honeyl
- 1 Tbsp. strawberry / xeres / or balsamic vinegar
Method
- In blender or food processor, process watermelon and raspberries until liquefied.
- Add honey and vinegar, pulse until blended.
- Cover and store in refrigerator. Shake well before using.
