Serve with grilled meats or fish, cold poached fish and fish terrines.

 

Ingredients
For 10 servings

- 250 ml / 1 cup homemade mayonnaise
- 2 pimientos or spanish bell pepper
- 15 ml / 1 Tbsp. crushed tomato
Method
  1. Prepare the homemade mayonnaise.
  2. Chop the pimientos into brunoise (very small dice).
  3. Add the crushed tomatoes or fresh tomato purée and pimientos to the mayonnaise and correct the seasoning as necessary.
