Chef's Note

If you like, just before serving, sprinkle over some desiccated coconut into each glass. Or, roll thin slices of banana in desiccated coconut, cut a slit in each slice and slide the slice on to the rim of each glass.

For 2 servings

- 250 ml / 1 cup greek yoghurt low in fat
- 250 ml / 1 cup coconut milk or milk
- 80 g sugar
- 1/2 lemon (juice only)
- A few ice cubes

To taste - Make your choice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cardamom
  1. Peel the bananas. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. In a blender, puree the yogurt with the bananas and coconut milk until smooth.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth. Whip for a few seconds for a more fluffy texture.
  4. Pour the lassis into tall glasses and serve right away.
