Serve with cucumbers or crudités or as a sauce for cold fish.

Ingredients
For 4 servings

- 1 small container of plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. chopped chervil
- 1/2 tsp. chives
- salt and pepper

Optional
- 150 g (5 oz.) fromage blanc (fresh white cheese)
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until serving time.
