Butter cookies with chocolate chunks Recipe

Ingredients
- 360g butter at room temperature
- 360g white sugar candy, sugar cane or white sugar
- 270g flour
- 200g oat flakes
- 4g salt
- 10g yeast powder
- 3 whole eggs
- 120g Callebaut Chocolate Chunks
Method
- In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add flour, oat flakes, salt and yeast powder.
- Add whole eggs lightly beaten.
- Finally, add chocolate chunks.
- Roll out in cylinders of 5 cm / 2" thick and wrap in a sheet of baking paper. Leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hour or more.
- Cut slices of 1 cm / 1/2" thick.
- Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 12 minutes.
