Ingredients
- &For 375 ml / 1 1/2 cups dressing
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 185 ml / 3/4 cup oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Method
- Place ingredients in order given in a pint jar; shake thoroughly or beat with spoon until sauce consistency.
- Keep in a cool place and shake or beat well before using.
