Ingredients
- 2 Pears
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) sugar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) white vinegar
- 2 ml (1/2 tsp.) curry
- 1 shallot
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Peel and core two pears; rub with lemon juice and mince finely; combine with the chopped shallot;
- add the sugar, curry and white vinegar;
- let marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
