Moroccan vinaigrette Recipe
Chef's Note
This vinaigrette goes well with fennel salad, white beans salad, tomatoes, cucumber and more.
Add a touch of garlic if you like.
Ingredients
For 1 or 2 servings
- 15 ml / 1 Tbsp. ras el hanout - couscous spices or cumin
- 30 ml / 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 75 ml / 5 Tbsp. argan oil or olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
Method
- Mix all ingrédients.
