Mini Muffins with Bleu d'Auvergne, Chorizo and Fruit Recipe
Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 150 g Bleu d’Auvergne , diced
- 150 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 yogurt
- 100 ml / 2/5 cup warm milk
- 150 g chorizo, diced
Method
- Combine all the ingredients for the muffin batter.
- Add the chorizo, fruits and Bleu d'Auvergne cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into small muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
