Mini Muffins with Bleu d'Auvergne, Chorizo and Fruit

- 150 g Bleu d’Auvergne , diced
- 150 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 100 ml / 2/5 cup warm milk
- 150 g chorizo, diced
- 100 g mix of dry apricots, golden raisins and prunes
  1. Combine all the ingredients for the muffin batter.
  2. Add the chorizo, fruits and Bleu d'Auvergne cheese.
  3. Spoon the mixture into small muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
