A tip from Nicolas Berger: for even more delicious hot chocolate, sprinkle with grated chocolate just before serving.
For 4 hot chocolates
- 200 ml / 4/5 cup water
- 400 ml / 1 3/5 cup milk
- 300 g grated chocolate
- Bring the water to a boil and pour it in several additions over the melted chocolate to melt it gently.
- Heat the milk.
- Serve the chocolate in a cup and add the hot milk at the last minute to taste, i.e., more or less chocolatey.
