- 1 liter (4 cups) Whipping cream
- 300 ml (1 1/4 cup) condensed milk
- 300 ml (1 1/4 cup) Passion Fruit pulp
Method
Method using an ice cream maker
- freeze according to the instructions for the machine.
Method without an ice cream maker
- place the ingredients into a food processor; blend until smooth;
- pour into an oiled mold; freeze;
- remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving; slice.
