Try this Super Easy Prune Trail Mix For a Midday Snack with dry fruits, nuts, seeds and cereals.
Much healthier than store-bought varieties, this prune trail mix will help with bone health and improve digestion.

For 2 1/2 cups mix

- 125 ml / 1/2 cup mixed nuts
- 125 ml / 1/2 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 125 ml / 1/2 cup California prunes chopped
- 125 ml / 1/2 cup mixed dried fruit raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots
- 125 ml / 1/2 cup toasted oat ring cereal
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
