Chicken wrap with St. Agur cream Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 container Saint Agur cream (blue cheese cream spread)
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 ear of corn
- 50 g arugula
- 4 tortillas
Pickled onion
- 1 red onion
- 100 ml vinegar
- 50 g honey
Method
- Pan fry the chicken breasts for 6 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
- Make the pickled onion: bring the vinegar and honey to a boil, remove from the heat and add the thinly sliced red onion.
- Spread the tortillas with the St. Agur cream and top with slices of chicken breast, arugula, corn kernels and pickled red onion.
- Roll up and cut each wrap in half.
