The hardest part of making this sweet pizza is deciding what toppings to use. Healthy enough for breakfast and sweet enough for dessert, this watermelon pizza will quickly make its way into your weekly meal rotation. So what about a guilt-free pizza?

The healthy choice
Choose a fat-free or low fat Greek yogurt.

For more flavour
Brown the coconut and almonds separately for a few seconds in a nonstick skillet.

- 1-inch / 2.5 cm thick watermelon round
- Greek yogurt of choice
- Shredded coconut
- Slivered almonds

  1. Place watermelon on a cutting board and spread yogurt over top to cover.
  2. Cut pizza into 8 slices.
  3. Top each slice with fresh berries.
  4. Sprinkle with coconut and slivered almonds.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint.
