Tomato Vinaigrette with Lemon Balm Recipe

Excellent with salads, pasta, cold meats, etc.
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) balsamic vinegar
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
Other ingredients
- 3 blanched, seeded, diced Tomatoes
- A handful of chopped Lemon balm
- A few grinds of fresh pepper
- A pinch of sea salt
  1. Prepare a vinaigrette with 60 ml balsamic vinegar and 125 ml olive oil;
  2. add 3 blanched, peeled tomatoes, seeded and cut into small dice;
  3. add the other ingredients.
