Wellington Slush
Ingredients
For 2 servings

- 2 green kiwis, peeled and quartered
- 500 ml (2 cups) crushed ice
- 65 ml (1/4 cup) pineapple juice
- 65 ml (1/4 cup) orange juice
- 65 ml (1/4 cup) rum (optional)
- 2-3 tbsp. sugar, to taste
Method
  1. Place all the ingredients except the kiwis in a blender;
  2. process until smooth; 
  3. add the peeled kiwis; process until puréed but without crushing the seeds; 
  4. pour into glasses.
