Stir-Fried Noodles with Shrimp and Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 600 g (1 lb. 5 oz.) shrimp
- 1 green pepper
- 1 pineapple, fresh or canned
- 2 packets of Suzi Wan sweet-sour chili sauce or 1 bottle sweet and sour sauce
- 2 - 62 g (2 oz.) packages Chinese noodles, or 6 noodle nests
Method
- Heat a spoonful of oil in a wok or skillet and add the shrimp. Cook until they change color.
- Add the sliced vegetables and sauté 3 minutes.
- Add the sauce and heat until it boils.
- Cook the noodles according to package directions; add to the wok and stir until everything is hot.
