Gordal olive and oka cheese loaf

For 1 bread

- 250 ml / 1 cup pitted Gordal olives, coarsely chopped
- 250 g / 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 125 ml / ½ cup cold butter, diced
- 125 ml / ½ cup yogurt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 125 ml / ½ cup Oka cheese, diced or medium cheddar
  1. Preheat oven at  190 °C/375 °F.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour with baking powder. Using a food processor, combine flour mixture with cold butter, for about 1 minute.
  3. In another bowl, mix yogurt with eggs, olives, and green onions.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients using your hands. Add diced cheese and mix again. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake in the middle oven rack for about 1 hour.
